Sims has been speaking, consulting, and conducting educational
programs with a passion and an energy that leaves people revitalized
for a quarter of a century. Her excitement and enthusiasm are
contagious, and her presentations are guaranteed to bring about
effective results. She has been coached in platform skills by Sandra
Zimmer, Max Dixon and in story telling by Doug Stevenson.
She has conducted management training and staff
development throughout the United States for such organizations as
Charter Hospitals, Citgo Refinery, the Texas Municipal League, Mary
Kay Cosmetics, Texas A&M University, and Southwestern Bell Telephone.

Development
Sims has been a contributing newspaper columnist, magazine
contributor, and is the author of four books, Don't let 'em
Crumble Your Cookies, Making a Difference in your World,
Ponderings and her newest work, Judas's Mother – A
story for Every Mother Who Feels Responsible for the Choices of Her
Children. She has a 6-volume video series From Ordinary to
Extraordinary. In addition, she has produced numerous audio cassette
programs.
Continuing Education
She continually develops and enhances her skills through actively
participating in the American Society for Training and Development.
She attends monthly meetings and national conferences related to staff
development. She stays on the cutting edge by studying with the
cutting edge trainers internationally, through research, trade
journals, and continuing education seminars.
